Where to begin?

Some more train journeys, this time across Australia from Sydney to Perth. My last blog ended in Corfe Mullen after which I spent the last few months travelling round South East Asia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia.

Arrived in Australia for a family holiday with my father, Mandy Li and her husband, starting in Sydney, then meeting up with my niece and her partner in Berry and Gerroa before  spending a few days in Canberra, the quiet, laid back and spread out capital city of Australia.  They flew back to England leaving me to enjoy a last afternoon and evening in Sydney before taking the train to Melbourne.
